Next Audio Visual Productions (NAVP) provides the audio, video, lighting, staging and crew for corporate conferences, annual meetings and general sessions in Houston and on the road. Which conferences and annual meetings has NAVP produced?

NAVP has produced annual meetings, leadership conferences and awards programs for corporate clients in Houston and out of state. Recent work includes:

  • Group 1 Automotive 2024 GM20 Annual Meeting (February 18–20, 2024), Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort, Orlando. A general session in the Newport East and West ballroom with a 13′ × 24′ center rear-projection screen and two 11′ × 20′ outboard screens, each driven by a 12K-lumen laser projector and managed through a Resolume media server. The same room hosted a welcome session, two days of meetings and two awards dinners. NAVP also equipped 15 breakout rooms and a women’s incentive lunch, and flew a seven-person production team to Orlando for the three-day program.
  • Group 1 Automotive meeting (February 2022), The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. Three 20′ × 11’3″ screens lit by 12K-lumen laser projectors for the general session, with projection packages for the breakout rooms. The stage used a flat black, uplit drape line with LED towers between the screens that changed content and color with the program.
  • Chesmar Homes annual meeting. A custom 12′ × 72′ continuous projection screen across the stage. All media ran picture-in-picture, and the screen layout changed with the script.
  • Rice Business Plan Competition (2025). The competition’s awards dinner, with a center stage screen and two outboard screens over a full ballroom dinner.
  • Safety Collaboration Forum (November 2022), The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. A general session with LED walls, teleprompter, IMAG and table microphones, plus four breakout rooms. See Energy-Sector Conference AV for more energy-industry work.

Can NAVP handle breakout rooms as well as the general session?

Yes. NAVP equips and staffs breakout rooms alongside the main stage, so one team is responsible for every room. For Group 1 Automotive’s 2024 annual meeting, NAVP set 15 breakout rooms, each with a projector, screen, speaker, mixer, wireless microphone, flipchart and presentation remote, and scheduled breakout technicians from load-in through the end of the sessions.

Does NAVP travel for out-of-town meetings?

Yes. NAVP travels with its clients’ meetings. For Group 1 Automotive’s 2024 annual meeting in Orlando, NAVP’s production team flew in, loaded in on the first morning ahead of the evening welcome session, and ran the general session, breakouts and awards dinners over three days. NAVP’s base is its warehouse in Spring, on Houston’s north side.

Which Houston-area venues has NAVP worked in?

NAVP has produced events at Marriott Marquis Houston, Hilton Americas-Houston, Hyatt Regency Houston West, The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, DoubleTree Greenway Plaza, Historic Union Station at Daikin Park, Silver Street Studios at Sawyer Yards and The Hall at Ironworks, as well as Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort near Austin.

Can a general session be streamed or recorded?

Yes. Every NAVP system is built with hybrid and streaming capability. Sessions can be recorded, streamed to remote attendees or overflow rooms, and remote speakers can be brought in over Zoom through the same switching that feeds the house screens.

What does NAVP need to quote a conference?

NAVP needs the event date, the venue or city, the expected headcount, the number of rooms or breakouts, and whether any sessions will be streamed. Send those through the Request a Quote form, or call (832) 427-9584, and NAVP’s production team will follow up with a scope and estimate.
