About Next Audio Visual Productions (NAVP)

Next Audio Visual Productions (NAVP) is a Houston-based corporate event production company, founded in 2016 by Tracy Punch. NAVP delivers turnkey technical production for B2B conferences, general sessions, awards programs and hybrid events, from production design and planning through on-site technical operations.

Who runs NAVP?

NAVP was founded by Tracy Punch, a veteran of the hospitality and audio visual industries. He built the company around production management: a single production lead who partners with the client on the design of the show, owns the technical plan, and directs NAVP’s production team through every session. Group 1 Automotive has relied on NAVP for its company meetings since 2022.

What does NAVP do?

NAVP provides turnkey production and technical operations for corporate events:

• Energy-sector conference production for energy-industry conferences, expos and executive meetings
• Conference and general session production, including breakout operations and awards dinners
• Awards, gala and corporate theater production, including architectural projection mapping
• Hybrid and livestream production with broadcast-quality streaming and recording

NAVP maintains its own production inventory, including LED video walls, laser projection, media servers and broadcast switching, so the production design, the technology and the crew all come from one accountable team. See every service on the Event Services page.

Who has NAVP worked with?

NAVP has produced events for Group 1 Automotive, Shell, EDPR, the EISI OGE Conference & Vendor Exhibition, the Rice Business Plan Competition and the Astros Foundation. Project write-ups are on the Case Studies page.

Where is NAVP based?

NAVP operates from its production facility at 19519 Wied Rd, Suite A, Spring, Texas 77388, on Houston’s north side. NAVP serves Houston, The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land and Galveston, and travels with clients for meetings out of state, as it did for Group 1 Automotive’s 2024 annual meeting in Orlando.
