Next Audio Visual Productions (NAVP) provides audio, video, LED walls, lighting and staging for energy-sector conferences, expos and executive meetings in Houston. NAVP’s production team has supported events for oil and gas, renewables and industrial clients since 2016, including the EISI OGE Conference & Vendor Exhibition, Nabors, EDP, the AI in Oil & Gas Conference and the Safety Collaboration Forum.

NAVP is a Houston-based corporate AV production company, founded in 2016, that produces conferences, general sessions and energy-sector events for B2B clients. Equipment is prepped and loaded out from NAVP’s warehouse in Spring, on Houston’s north side.

Which energy-sector events has NAVP produced?

NAVP has produced general sessions, panels and dinners for energy associations and operators across Houston. Recent work includes:

  • EISI OGE Conference & Vendor Exhibition (June 17, 2022). Energy Industry Support International’s conference and vendor exhibition for the oil, gas and energy community. NAVP supplied the general session equipment and production labor, and also exhibited at the event.
  • Nabors Pregame Conference (May 5, 2022), Historic Union Station at Daikin Park. A center rear-projection screen behind the stage and two outboard screens, each lit by a 12K-lumen laser projector, with pipe-and-drape projection cones to block daylight from Historic Union Station’s windows. The package also included two HD camera packages, a branded video podium, a VR demo display and a 32-channel audio system, and a streaming bridge fed the program to the existing screens in The Depot. Load-in, show and strike all happened the same day.
  • Safety Collaboration Forum 2022 (November 1, 2022), The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. A general session in the Waterway Ballroom with four breakout rooms. The stage used a 10′ × 32′ center LED wall and two 9′ × 16′ outboard LED walls, with 75″ displays along the side walls, teleprompter, two-camera IMAG and recording. Table microphones let attendees speak from any of 25 tables during plenary sessions. NAVP loaded in October 30 and ran a full dress rehearsal October 31.
  • EDP Gen Earth Meeting (May 29–31, 2023), Marriott Marquis Houston. A stepped LED wall spanning the Houston Ballroom stage, with branded side screens and an uplit drape line.
  • AI in Oil & Gas Conference (April 2024), DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Greenway Plaza. A panel stage in front of a full-width LED backdrop for an audience of more than 250.
  • Algae Biomass Summit (October 3–27, 2022). A fully virtual conference: NAVP’s production team ran 16 days of live Zoom webinar streaming, presentation management and session recording.

Can energy-conference sessions be streamed to remote attendees?

Yes. Every NAVP system is built with hybrid and streaming capability, so a general session can be streamed to remote attendees, overflow rooms or a recording without a separate vendor. For the 2022 Algae Biomass Summit, NAVP ran 16 days of live Zoom webinars from start to finish. For remote speakers at in-person events, NAVP brings presenters in over Zoom and routes them through the same Blackmagic ATEM switching that feeds the house screens, so in-room and remote presenters appear on stage the same way.

What does NAVP need to quote an energy conference?

NAVP needs five details to quote: the event date, the venue or city, the expected headcount, the number of rooms or breakouts, and whether any sessions will be streamed. Send those through the Request a Quote form, or call (832) 427-9584, and NAVP’s production team will follow up with a scope and estimate.

Does NAVP work at hotels and conference centers across the Houston area?

Yes. NAVP has produced events at Marriott Marquis Houston, Hilton Americas-Houston, Hyatt Regency Houston West, The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, DoubleTree Greenway Plaza, Historic Union Station at Daikin Park, Silver Street Studios at Sawyer Yards and The Hall at Ironworks, and outside Houston at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort near Austin. NAVP serves Houston, The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land and Galveston, and travels with clients for meetings outside the region.

What else does NAVP produce for corporate clients?

Beyond energy events, NAVP produces conferences and general sessions, annual meetings, awards galas and corporate theater. See Event Services for the full list.
