Brand Activations & Experiential Production in Houston

Next Audio Visual Productions (NAVP) provides turnkey technical production for brand activations, sponsor experiences and large-scale experiential installations, from architectural and water-screen projection to outdoor show lighting and media-server show control.

NAVP works as the technical production partner to brand teams, agencies and property owners. The creative belongs to you; NAVP’s production team engineers it, installs it and runs it, whether that is one branded stage or a projection and lighting program spread across several sites for a multi-day run.

What does NAVP produce for activations and installations?

Discipline What NAVP’s production team delivers
Architectural projection Projection mapping onto building interiors, facades and other structures, using 8,000- to 25,000-lumen laser projectors on scaffold towers, planned in a 3D model of the site before load-in
Water-screen projection Projection onto water screens for outdoor night-time shows, including site layout, pump and power coordination, and audience sightline planning
Show control Resolume media servers that split content into separate slices for each surface, so ceilings, walls, columns or structures can each run their own imagery at the same time
Show lighting LED fixtures and color washes for interiors, outdoor sites, pedestrian paths and bridge spans, programmed from a lighting console
Audio Sound reinforcement for branded stages, DJs, presenters and walk-through installations
Site infrastructure Power distribution, weather protection for equipment, scaffolding and site rentals, coordinated as part of one production plan

How does NAVP work with agencies and brand teams?

NAVP joins as the technical production partner. The agency or brand team owns the concept, the creative content and the client relationship; NAVP turns that concept into a technical design, prices it, supplies the equipment and crew, and runs the installation for its full run. NAVP’s production team can work under the agency’s direction on site, with a single production manager as the agency’s point of contact.

Can NAVP run installations across several sites or for several weeks?

Yes. NAVP has staffed multi-site seasonal installations that ran for more than a week across several outdoor locations, with separate equipment and crew plans for each site and a shared production schedule. For multi-day interior activations, NAVP loads in ahead of opening, keeps technicians on site through every show day, and strikes after close.

How is an installation planned?

  1. Site survey and 3D model. NAVP measures the surfaces and builds the space in 3D, so projector positions, throw distances and lens choices are proven before anything ships.
  2. Content slicing. Each surface is mapped as its own slice in Resolume, and content is fitted to it.
  3. Pre-visualization. The client reviews a rendered preview of the result before load-in.
  4. Install, run and strike. NAVP’s production team installs, operates for the full run, and removes everything on schedule.
